    Late Arrivals: To respect the time of all clients, we allow a 15-minute grace period. Arriving later may require rescheduling based on availability.

    Walk-Ins: To maintain the exclusivity of our services, Nikita Jewelry operates by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins. Please schedule an appointment in advance to ensure a personalized and private experience.

POLICIES

  • Nikita Jewelry accepts returns in their original condition and packaging within 10 days of receipt of the item. Please contact us at concierge@nikitajewlery.com or (646) 671-6648 to request a return authorization number and a complimentary return shipping label. Returns without an authorization number issued by Nikita Jewelry will not be accepted.

    Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. All returns and exchanges will undergo a quality inspection prior to acceptance. Unfortunately, any items showing signs of wear, alterations including resizing and engravings or damage will not be eligible for refund or exchange. All Bespoke Jewelry sales are final.

  • Nikita Jewelry offers complimentary shipping within the United States. Our shipments are made via Overnight or 2-Day Service; the carrier and tracking number are provided on the day your order ships. We only ship to a physical address and a direct signature upon delivery is required. For special requests and arrangements for your shipment, please contact us.   

    All shipments outside the United States are coordinated with the purchaser. Shipping costs may apply. The consignee is responsible for import duties, VAT and/or tariffs applicable in the destination country. We will contact you prior to making a shipment with cost information.

  • If a replacement item is requested, it will ship upon inspection and confirmation the returned item is in its original condition and packaging (see “Return Policy”). The carrier and tracking number will be provided on the day the replacement item ships.

    If a refund is requested, upon inspection and confirmation the returned item is in its original condition and packaging, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Orders for ready-to-ship items typically ship within 3 business days. Our shipments are made via Overnight or 2-Day Service; the carrier and tracking number are provided on the day your order ships. For bespoke pieces, please contact us.

  • For bespoke pieces, we require a 50% deposit. For ready-to-ship items we only accept payments in full.

  • We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers, checks and Zelle. If you prefer to pay by wire transfers, checks and Zelle, please contact us directly for instructions.

  • Shipping within the United States is complimentary.
    Shipping costs may apply on international shipments.

  • Yes, we offer a free appraisal for your purchase upon request.

  • We have an atelier on Fifth Avenue in NYC. We are happy to see you at our atelier! Please make an appointment and visit us at our Midtown Manhattan atelier.

  • We specialize in creating bespoke jewelry tailored to your exact specifications. We will work with you every step of the way in creating your dream piece. Custom pieces typically require a few weeks for completion; depending on the piece and design we will provide an estimate completion time.   • To keep your jewelry looking at its best, avoid exposing it to perfumes, lotions, harsh chemicals and when not worn, store it in its case or pouch. To restore the shine, clean your jewelry with a solution of mild dish soap and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth.

  • If your jewelry is damaged, please contact us for repair options. We are happy to assist you in restoring your cherished pieces.

  • At Nikita Jewelry, we commit to responsible sourcing practices and guarantee every gemstone meets our high standards for ethical and sustainable sourcing.

  • We take pride in working only with natural gemstones. All larger diamonds come with a gemological report from the globally recognized laboratory Gemological Institute of America (GIA). Colored stones will be accompanied by a gemological report upon request.

  • You can determine your ring size by wrapping the base of your finger with a string. Make sure the string is snug but not tight and mark with a pen where one end of the string meets the other. Then line the string against a ruler and make a note of the length.
