Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
Nikita Jewelry Return & Exchange Policy
At Nikita Jewelry, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our fine jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange in accordance with the following guidelines.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns of items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by contacting our Concierge team at: concierge@nikitajewlery.com
Returns without an RA# will not be accepted. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made.
All items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered, in the original packaging, including jewelry boxes, pouches, reports, certificates, and security tags.
Please note that items showing signs of wear, resizing, engraving, are personalized or damaged are not eligible for refund or exchange. These sales are final and non-refundable.
Clearance or sale items may not be eligible for return or refund unless defective.
How to Return Your Purchase
1.Request a Return Authorization (RA#)
Contact our Concierge Service via email to obtain an RA# and return instructions.
Prepare Your Package
- Place your item(s) in their original packaging inside the shipping box.
- Clearly mark your RA# on the outside of the return package.
- Affix the provided return FedEx shipping label and seal the package securely.
Ship Your Return
- You are responsible for the shipping and insurance charges of the return item.
- We strongly recommend using our authorized FedEx return label; Nikita Jewelry is not liable for returns sent via unauthorized carriers or methods.
Return Inspection & Processing
All returned merchandise undergoes a quality control inspection upon receipt. Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days from delivery for processing.
Items failing inspection (worn, altered, or damaged) will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, contact our Concierge Service to obtain an RA# and discuss your desired exchange. Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. A new order of equal or greater value must be placed for the replacement item; your original purchase will be refunded upon return inspection.
Special Conditions
- Gemological Reports: Items accompanied by a gemological report must include the original report with the returned item. Missing original reports will incur a $300 replacement fee.
- Gift Items: Free gifts received with purchase must also be returned. If not returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
- Gift Cards, Layaway Deposits, Appraisals, and Custom Orders are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost after inspection.
Bespoke Jewelry
All Bespoke Jewelry sales are final.

Shipping Policy
Nikita Jewelry offers complimentary shipping within the United States. Our shipments are made within 3-5 business days of the order; the carrier and tracking number are provided on the day your order ships. We only ship to a physical address and a direct signature upon delivery is required. For special requests and arrangements for your shipment, please contact us.
All shipments outside the United States are coordinated with the purchaser. Shipping costs may apply. The consignee is responsible for import duties, VAT and/or tariffs applicable in the destination country. We will contact you prior to making a shipment with cost information.

Warranty
Your Nikita Jewelry piece is protected against manufacturer defects for 12 months from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers issues with craftsmanship under normal use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, loss, theft, damage from chemicals or water, or alterations by anyone other than Nikita Jewelry.
Should a repair or resize be necessary, your piece may be sent to the designer. We’ll provide a clear estimate of any related costs before proceeding.
This warranty is void if your jewelry is repaired, resized, engraved, or altered by another service provider.

Financing with Affirm
At Nikita Jewelry, we believe everyone should be able to own the piece they love. That’s why we’ve partnered with Affirm to offer flexible payment options, so you can enjoy your jewelry now and pay over time.
We offer 3, 6, or 12-month financing plans through Affirm.
Example: On a $1,500 purchase, you could pay $135 per month for 12 months with a 15% APR.

Ring Sizing and Engraving Policies
We offer complimentary ring resizing of up to two sizes (up or down) for any in-stock ring purchased through our e-commerce store.
Please allow 2–3 business days for resizing to be completed before your order ships.
Ring sizing may not be possible for some designs and may not be available in your size.
Customers are responsible for any shipping fees associated with resizing made after initial shipment.
Bangle & Cuff Sizing Guide
Open bangles and cuffs are designed to fit differently than traditional bracelets. Fit is determined by the size of your hand and wrist, not just the bracelet itself. For the best experience, we recommend reviewing
the measurements listed on each product page.
How to Measure Your Wrist
Use a soft measuring tape or string and measure snugly around your wrist where you would normally wear a bracelet. Note the measurement in inches or centimeters.
How Open Bangles and Cuffs Fit
- Open bangles and cuffs are slightly flexible, but they are not meant to
be bent frequently. - Fit should feel secure without squeezing or sliding excessively.
- Most styles are designed to slip over the wrist and rest comfortably without spinning.

- Inner dimensions listed in millimeters (mm). This reflects the internal size of the bangle or cuff.

At Nikita Jewelry, we offer private in-person, virtual, and phone consultations to deliver a truly personalized and exclusive experience to our private bespoke clients. Our Manhattan atelier is located at 608 Fifth Avenue and is accessible by appointment only. All visits must be scheduled in advance to ensure the highest level of service.
Recommended Consultation Flow
To provide you with the most personalized service possible, we kindly recommend beginning with a phone consultation. This initial step helps us understand your vision and determine how we can best assist you. From there, we will invite you to book a virtual design session or a private appointment at our Fifth Avenue atelier, if you wish.
Scheduling
To book an appointment, we kindly request that you complete our Private Consultation form located on the Bespoke page. A dedicated team member will personally reach out via email or phone within 24 to 48 hours to schedule your private phone consultation and provide you with a calendar booking system.
As part of our white-glove service, only VIP members have immediate access to Despina’s personal calendar.
To secure your preferred time, we recommend scheduling at least 24 hours in advance.
Confirmation for Virtual and In-Person Atelier Appointments
Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with all pertinent details.
A friendly reminder email will also be sent one day before your scheduled time. These thoughtful touches help ensure a seamless and truly bespoke experience.
Please note: Appointments not confirmed during this verification process may be respectfully released, even if a calendar invitation has been accepted.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations made with less notice may result in limitations on future bookings.
Late Arrivals
To respect the time of all our clients:
- Phone consultations: If you are unavailable at the scheduled time, you will receive an e-mail to reschedule your appointment.
- In-person appointments: A 20-minute grace period is provided.
- Virtual appointments: A 10-minute grace period is provided.
Arrivals beyond these timeframes may require rescheduling, subject to availability.
Walk-Ins
Nikita Jewelry does not accept walk-ins. To preserve the exclusivity and privacy of our service, all visits must be scheduled in advance.
Appointment Validity
Appointments made with invalid phone numbers or inaccurate contact information will be automatically discarded to maintain the integrity of our booking system.
