Nikita Jewelry Appointment Policy
At Nikita Jewelry, we offer private in-person, virtual, and phone consultations to deliver a truly personalized and exclusive experience. Our Manhattan atelier is at 608 Fifth Avenue, accessible by appointment only. All visits must be scheduled in advance to ensure the highest level of service.

Scheduling
Appointments may be booked directly through our website. To secure your preferred time, we kindly recommend scheduling at least 24 hours in advance.

Confirmation
Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with all pertinent details. As part of our white glove service, a dedicated team member will personally reach out via email or phone 24 to 48 hours prior to confirm your consultation.

For phone consultations, a friendly text or email reminder will also be sent 1 hour before your scheduled time. These thoughtful touches help ensure a seamless and truly bespoke experience.

Please note: Appointments not confirmed during this verification process may be respectfully released, even if a calendar invitation has been accepted.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations made with less notice may result in limitations on future bookings.

Late Arrivals
To respect the time of all our clients:

• In-person appointments have a 15-minute grace period

• Virtual and phone appointments allow a 5-minute grace period

Arrivals beyond these timeframes may require rescheduling, subject to availability.

Walk-Ins
Nikita Jewelry does not accept walk-ins. To preserve the exclusivity and privacy of our service, all visits must be scheduled in advance.

Appointment Validity
Appointments made with invalid phone numbers or inaccurate contact information will be automatically discarded to maintain the integrity of our booking system.
